We are a 10 or 15 minute walk from the centre of Portree.
From the bridge to Skye follow the A87 through Broadford to Portree, a distance of approximately 33 miles or 53 kilometres. Drive through Portree and follow directions to Staffin passing the Co-operative super-market on the left and the Bosville Hotel. Continue up the Staffin road for approximately half a mile. There is a row of similar designed bungalows on the left, No. 2 is the second one. There is ample parking through the gate. We ask that you park considerately as other vehicle also use the space.
If travelling to us from the ferry into Uig; follow the A87 to Portree turning left into the town at the junction, then follow the signs to Staffin and the route as above.

If arriving off a bus with bags we suggest taking a taxi from beside the bus stance. However, if preferred, it is a 15 minute walk pulling a bag from the square eastward along the high street (Wentworth Street) turning left at the end, walk pass the co-operative supermarket, follow the road round to the right past the Bosville Hotel. Walk the length of Bosville terrace and round into Mill road both being part of the Staffin road. Continue up the hill approximately half a mile. No.2 Scorrybreck is on the left-hand side and is the second of three similar designed properties. The sign for 'The Walk-up' Apartment is at the entrance. 'The Walk-up' Apartment is through the front door and up the stairs.
